How early should I be there for my tour?
Please arrive at our main office no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled departure of your tour.
Do you accommodate lap children?
Yes, lap children under two are free.
Children over the age of 2 require their own ticket.
Is there a weight limit for tour passengers?
Yes, the weight limit for a single passenger is 300 lbs (136.36kg / 21.43 stone) in the R44. The weight limit for the Bell 206 is dependent on the overall weight and balance of the aircraft.
All passengers will be weighed at the time of check in, and occasionally we may have to split your group across multiple aircraft to conform with weight and balance restrictions. In addition, the seat belt must be able to buckle around you.
Are there any restrictions for pregnant women?
There are no restrictions for pregnant women, however, there are weight restrictions and the seat belt must be able to buckle around you.
Should I bring a camera? Will I be able to take photos?
Yes and yes!
You’ll be seeing some spectacular views, and photography is encouraged. A digital camera or mobile phone will serve you well.
If you plan on sharing your photos online, consider tagging us in the description, or using the hashtag #flysedona. Our guests often get some beautiful shots, and we love to see them!
For professional or hobbyist photographers there are some great articles out there offering tips and tricks for aerial photography. We recommend bringing a zoom or telephoto lens in lieu of a prime. Changing lenses mid-flight can be a hassle, and the landscape can change dramatically over the course of your tour.
Will I be able to purchase a video of my flight?
At this time, no.
However, we will soon have cameras in each aircraft and will be making videos available as an optional add-on to your tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelled bookings are fully refundable.
However, to qualify for a refund, you must notify us of your cancellation more than 24 hours before the time of your tour.

What happens if the weather is bad?
All flights and tours are subject to change for weather.
If we have to cancel your tour because of inclement weather, you will receive a full refund.
We will try to notify you of such an occurrence as soon as possible.
Can I take my oxygen tank onboard?
No. At this time we are not able to accommodate oxygen tanks aboard our aircraft.
Are service animals allowed onboard?
No. Per Federal regulations [14 CFR 382.117].
Is there a re-scheduling fee?
No.
Is there a military discount?
Yes, there is a 10% discount for active and non-active military with an ID. This discount is applicable to all tours except for the Skyline tour.
Ask about the discount when you book.
