FAA requires each passenger to present a government issued photo identification card in order to board an aircraft, such as a driver’s license or passport.
All flight times listed online are approximate. Our operations are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc. Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice. A fuel surcharge may apply.
Except where specified otherwise, tour bookings may be changed or refunded up to 24 hours prior to departure. Within 24 hours of departure, bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled and may be subject to a rescheduling fee. No-shows at the time of departure will be charged in full and will not receive a refund. Should your reservation be cancelled by Guidance Air due to unforeseen events (e.g. weather conditions), you will be refunded in full. We will make every attempt to contact you in a timely manner to reschedule any reservation that needs to be altered due to such condition.
All fares are already discounted and, unless otherwise noted, may not be combined with any other offer (e.g. Coupons, Saver Programs, etc.).
Guidance Air reserves the right to cancel (with full refund to the passenger) any order in which a typographical error on the website caused erroneous display of either pricing or availability during the ordering process or after order confirmation.
The weight limit for a single passenger is 300 lbs (136.36kg / 21.43 stone). All helicopter passengers will be weighed at time of check in. Occasionally, it may be necessary to split your group across more than 1 aircraft to conform with weight and balance restrictions.
Guidance Air is acting as an agent for suppliers of various travel goods and services including but not limited to ground transportation, hotel accommodations, airplane flights, meals, tours, cruises. Guidance Air works with these suppliers in selling travel related services and/or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that may not be directly supplied, managed, or otherwise provided by Guidance Air. Guidance Air attempts to represent only suppliers that have shown an acceptable level of stability, dependability, and responsiveness to problems and complaints; nevertheless, Guidance Air cannot and does not control the actions or inactions of the suppliers it represents.
Guidance Air shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or deficiencies, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the control of Guidance Air. Guidance Air is not responsible for changes in currency valuation.
By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily and expressly assumes all risks associated with such travel, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. Guidance Air and the suppliers of ground transportation, hotel accommodations, airplane flights, meals, tours, cruises, and various other goods and services reserve the right to change the accommodations, flights, and any and all details of the tour itinerary as needed. The travelers’ booking of reservations or utilization of tickets after receipt of this information will constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to provide copies hereof to his/her companions or group members together with an explanation that if they embark, they do so subject to these Terms & Conditions.
